Today has been absolutely gorgeous here. Not too hot. A nice little breeze. Perfect. MB and I hit the trails with the pup and hiked the 0.7 mile Lifecourse trail. It's a great little trail that has exercise/stretching stations throughout the wooded path that winds up and down a hill. It's beautiful and challenging. MB and I actually used to run on that trail a couple years ago and decided today that we'd like to again. We are both out of shape but were very proud that we tackled the Lifecourse with only minimal huffing and puffing. Yay us.
