Weigh in.

Hi peeps!
It's weigh in time again.
I actually lost this week.
I'm down .6 for the week. 8.4 total.

Not too shabby!

Remember how I was taking a break from tracking points? Yeah. Apparently, that worked out okay.

I have to tell you about my biggest accomplishment for the week. You are not going to believe this.

I. said. no. to. cake.


But, it's true. I went to a birthday party Sunday evening and I actually passed on the birthday cake.
I also did really well on the buffet. I had a big portion of salad, some potatoes and a small piece of chicken cordon bleu.
Of course, I made up for all of that with the booze. There was a lot of booze.

I'm on vacation though. Woohoo!

So, I really don't know what to expect for the coming week. I'm headed to the beach to hang out with family and friends tomorrow and I'll be gone for 4 days. There will be lots of temptation.

I haven't decided whether I'm going to count points this week or not. I plan on checking in here daily either way, just to stay accountable.
That may be a challenge because I have to sneak onto my parents computer while they are gone.

I plan on enjoying myself. I really don't want to be counting every little point this week.
I'll still be aware of what I'm eating. That stays with me.

I also plan on being somewhat active. Skye girl and I will be on the beach and she loves to walk the dunes with me. She also likes to walk the block with me in my parent's neighborhood.

I don't know how my next weigh in will go. I do know that I plan on having a relaxing, stress free few days. Trust me, I need it.
