I took the pup for a walk today before work because it was so gorgeous outside. It was a 15 minute walk around the park behind our house. Nothing big, but it's something.
Daily points allowance: 25
Weekly points: trying not to use them since I don't know what I've used already.
Breakfast:
1 slim a bear, 3 points - 22
(It was a slim a bear kinda morning. Don't judge!)
Lunch:
Leftover chicken and cheese enchiladas, 4 points - 18
1 8oz glass diet V8 splash, 0 points - 18
Snack:
2 servings honey wheat pretzels, 4 points - 14
Dinner:
2 cups romaine with carrots, 0 points - 14
1 slice provolone, 2 points - 12
1 1/2 tbsp bacon bits, 1 point - 11
1 serving light caesar dressing, 2 points - 9
1 yoplait light yogurt, 2 points - 7
1 cup strawberries, 1 point - 6

What happened to Wednesday and Thursday?
Well, I got a little busy with The Beast and never got to track those days. I tried to go back and do them but I can't remember specifics.
I know that on Wed, I had a very lovely turkey pasta dinner which...well, let's just say thanks to The Beast, I can't count that meal now.
Moving on...
Thursday, MB and I went out for Indian food. I know I had some of the cabbage cilantro salad, 1 piece of naan, 1 cup of the spinach stuff, 1 of the samosas, 1 cup of the cauliflower stuff and 1 cup of the green bean stuff. That's the problem with buffets. I don't remember the names of the dishes.
I just know that my stomach was still a little hesitant after The Beast, so my plate was not very full at all, which is a good thing.
After Indian food, MB and I went to the local creamery for some ice cream. I know, it's not healthy. Blah blah blah.
MB's been promising to take me there since we moved up here in December 2005. I was damn well going to enjoy my 2 scoops of turtle ice cream. It was heaven, by the way. Thanks for asking.
Our little date afternoon was really nice. :)
Anyweigh, here are the Friday stats, so I can get caught up a little.
Daily points target: 25
Weekly points remaining: not sure so I'm going to try and just stick to my 25.

I feel like I'm missing something here because I can't possibly have that many points left. I guess I just didn't eat that much. It was a busy night at work and I was running around a lot. Oh well. Nothing I can do about it now.
Tomorrow (which is actually today since I'm playing catch up) is a better day.

Hi peeps! It's weigh in time.
Ugh.
I've have really been kinda 'meh' about it this week. I have been tracking but haven't really been into it. I attribute it to the funk that I've been in. Go here to read more about that.
Anyweigh, I lost. That's the point of this whole thing, isn't it?
I didn't lose much - just .4 pounds.
I'm okay with that though, given all the funk and whatnot.
This week will be better because I will make it better. I'm planning meals, tracking and doing all those things that will equal a loss. The kind of loss I want.

Hi peeps.
I know I haven't posted my food journal here all week. I've just been busy again this week and haven't had a chance. I have been maintaining my food journal though via the Weight Watchers 3 month journal I dug up last week.
I have tapped into my flex points alot more than I had wanted to this week but I'm okay with that. I'm battling TOM and all of his temptation. I'm also battling stress and that's never easy. I'm trying my hardest to not eat the stress away. While I have managed to avoid over-snacking, I haven't done so well at managing portions or paying attention to points like I should.
I still think I'm doing okay. There are 14 flex points left at this point in the week. Today, I know I will be going out with friends for dinner and a couple beers. I will also be taking time today to plan my meals for the week. My goal is to use what's in my cabinet and fridge and avoid having to buy anything (thank you furloughs for forcing me to cut my budget even more than I already have - bastards).
Anyway, I'm doing okay this week so far. I even managed to fit in some exercise. Woohoo!
