Looks tasty, right?

Not so much.
When I took the first bite, it felt like my mouth was filled with sand. It was so gritty and thick, it was disgusting. MB and I couldn't even eat it.
We ate the brussels sprouts and ended up ordering Indian food from the take out place. I tried to order a couple samosas with some lentil soup. They were out of samosas. I tried to order palak paneer with some lentil soup. They were out of palak paneer.
I ended up just getting whatever the lady on the phone suggested because I was so frustrated. When MB came home, I had gotten a cup of lentil soup and some tikka masala paneer. I had never tried it before but it was delicious.
I ate all of it and saved the lentil soup for tomorrow's lunch.
