MB and I really haven't seen each other for the past week because he worked some extra hours. Our schedules just haven't coordinated too well. Today, we decided to go out to lunch at our favorite Indian buffet.
I know, a buffet! What were we thinking?
We just love Indian food so much. We used to go to this particular buffet once or twice a week. At least we've been cutting that out.
But anyway, WW has some points values for Indian food, but not many. I'm going to try and figure it out as best I can.

Daily points allowance: 25

Breakfast:
1 fiber one bar, 1 point - 24
(I woke up around 10am, so breakfast really didn't happen today. Fat club
fail.)

Lunch:
salad with approx 1 tbsp of some sort of creamy dressing, 2 points - 22

I can't find the exact spinach dish I had but let's say 2 points, 0/26

1 serving (1/4 cup) reduced fat mozzarella, 2 points - 0/24
1 1/2 tbsp bacon bits, 1 point - 0/23
3 oz grilled chicken, 2 points - 0/21
3 tbsp light caesar dressing, 3 points - 0/18
1 fat free sugar free chocolate pudding, 1 point - 0/17
1 cup watermelon, 1 point - 0/16

Snack:
1 iced coffee with 1 sugar, 1 point - 0/15
