Weigh in!

It's that time again. This week really seemed to fly by for me. I don't think I did too well this week. I know I overate on a few occasions. I also did not get any exercise in like I wanted to. Overall, not a great week.
I did track all my food every day though. Even on the days that I overate, I still kept track of the points I was consuming. I count that as a positive.
So how did all of this reflect on the scale? 197.4. I maintained. I'm not ecstatic about this but I am content. I know I didn't do my best this week but I know I will do better next week. That's what it's all about, isn't it? Sticking with it.

    No change = No gain. I'll take that over having to lose the same darn lb over and over again. So, congrats on that!

  2. Sticking with it is definitely the most important thing. Keep making healthy choices! Tracking is definitely the thing that keeps me on my toes.

  3. While not as great as a loss, maintaining is STILL good! :)
