OMG! Can you believe I'm really here posting my food intake?!
You all probably thought I'd forsaken my BLitz.
But, here I am.

I've been really up and down this week. As you can tell by my absence, I've had a little trouble committing to my bloggy upkeep. It may seem like an excuse, but it really is because of the job. I've been so busy at work that by the time I get home, I crash. Sometimes I do chores and whatnot and then crash. Either way, I am drained and can not muster any energy to create a coherent post.

Anyweigh, I'm re-dedicating myself to this whole thing. I miss blogging. I miss the joy it gives me. So, I'm going to make time each day to devote to it. I'm also going to make time to devote to some sort of exercise. That's my goal this week: re-dedication.

For me. For you. For the good of the bloggy world.

So, on with my eats for the day...

Breakfast:
1 Thomas bagel thin, 2 points - 23

Lunch:
grilled chicken, 1/2 cup with taco seasoning, 3 pts - 18
salsa, 0 pts - 18
1 serving WW shredded cheese, 2 pts - 16
2 tortillas, 4 pts - 12
unsweetened iced tea, 0 pts - 12
1 Yoplait Light Black Forest Cake yogurt, 2 pts - 10
(it was DELISH!!!! Love love love!!)

Dinner:
The best little salad I've ever made -
2 cups salad greens with mushrooms, green peppers and carrots, 0 pts - 10
1 serving low fat feta cheese, 2 pts - 8
1 serving each croutons and bacon bits, 2 pts - 6
2 tbsps light caesar dressing, 2 pts - 4
1/2 cup Activia light vanilla yogurt, 1 pt - 3
1/4 cup fresh chopped cantalope, 1 pt? - 2

Snack:
1 serving goldfish crackers, 3 pts - -1

I feel like I ate really healthy stuff today. My salad was excellent and is probably what I will have for the rest of the week in some form or another. The yogurt with cantalope was a little disappointing. I'm going to try it with cantalope and blueberries tomorrow and see how I like it. Or maybe bananas. Mmmm.

I have a really cute award from Previously Plump (Thanks again PPiP!). I will try and get to that in the next couple days. I have to think about who to pass it onto. :)

    Good - glad you're gettign back on it - I had a slip up yesterday (and this morning). It sucks, but not much I can do about it now except hop back on.
